The Town of Russell Parks Committee is fundraising for the construction of a community pavilion at Rice Park. We are planning to fundraise through February 2027, with installation of the pavilion planned for spring and summer of 2027. Now that we have a playground at Rice Park, we'd love to add a pavilion to expand park offerings. This pavilion will be a great way for families to enjoy the park more, whether it be as location for a picnic or as a place to have a graduation party, family reunion or other special gatherings.
