Property Tax bills have been sent by the town treasurer and most should have received them by now.  

2023 Tax Collection Information

The Treasurer will be in the Town Hall office the following days and hours:

Saturday, December 30th, 2023 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Saturday, January 20th, 2024 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Saturday, January 27th, 2024 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

There is a drop box on the Town Hall by the office door that you may deposit your tax payments in.  Please be sure to include your phone number in the event that the Treasurer needs to contact you about your payment.

*Escrow checks will NEED to be endorsed by the taxpayer, unless they are made out to the Town of Russell Treasurer only.

*Tax receipts will be sent back to the taxpayer only if a self-addressed stamped envelope is sent along with the tax payment.
