Call Meeting to order
Pledge to the Flag
Open gravel and granite bids
Read minutes of last meetings
Treasurer’s report
Review and approve all vouchers
Road Issues:: Gravel and granite delivery; culverts replaced; TRIP program;
Road repairs; equipment repairs; signs; ATV signs; other issues
Grader Shed Building Issues: Possible rescinding of motions to resolution and hearing notice from the June 18th meeting; Set new time and date for Discontinuance Road Way Hearing and to accept a Resolution to that effect.
Updates on the building, approve payment to MSA. Approve the hiring of a process server.
Picnic License to Luther Memorial Church for approval
